You can cancel the subscription on Stripe any time. At Fwrd Street, our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction. To kickstart this journey, we provide a complimentary digital initial consultation to ensure our service seamlessly integrates with your workflow.

Once subscribed, refunds cannot be initiated . We strongly advise utilizing the initial consultation to clarify any queries and ensure a well-informed decision.

We recognize that you might not have a full month's worth of design projects. Maybe you just have one or two requests at the moment. That's where the option to pause your subscription becomes useful.  Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle. For example, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days before opting to pause, your billing cycle will halt, leaving you with 10 unused days that you can use whenever you need them in the future.

Yes. BUT we need your help to only send your selects of the takes that are approved. Typical commercial shoots range about 800gb-1.5TB worth of footage. Working with only the approved selects could save us 24-48hrs in downloading and prep. This will allow us to dive into the edit an turn it around quick

Unfortunately, after subscribing, we cannot provide refunds. We recommend taking advantage of the initial consultation to address all questions and make an informed decision.

When you subscribe, you will be onboarded to your personal task manager (Trello) and then Frame.io where you can upload any content. if you already have a the footage on a cloud services such as dropbox or google drive, you can share any relevant materials in the Trello board.

We use Frame.io which is a very user friendly platform that allows you annotate and leave notes.

While this doesn’t happen, we’ve got you covered. You enjoy unlimited revisions! We’ll keep fine-tuning until your videos are not just good but exactly what you envisioned.

While we excel in video editing, it's important to note that we don't specialize in heavy animations, professional color grading, and VFX. However, if you have such requests, don't hesitate to reach out!
